In today’s competitive environment, it is a prerequisite for the Company to have sound business processes in management of both the office and vessels. The system has to be reliable and in compliance to every requirement by the International Maritime Organization, Flag States, Classification Societies as well as those from the Charterers

The Fleet Management Consultancy & Mentorship is a program whereby Jakarta Maritime Consultants takes on major roles and functions in the company for an agreed duration.

At the initial stages our Consultants will conduct

Review of an existing standard operating procedures against required standards such as ISO, ISM and/or other standards as required.
Inspection of all relevant documents and records.
Interviews with key staffs.
Detailed reporting of findings and conformance levels, with recommendations for corrective actions where appropriate.

During the term, various Key Process Owners will shadow our Consultants, thereby gaining firsthand knowledge and know-how by doing. And when necessary, assistance in hiring the right candidate will be provided.
